Rouge Louboutin Nail Polish – $50 USD

Capitalizing on a single color may be the smartest marketing plan I’ve seen across any luxury brand. Its easy to keep a single point of consistency across your design and your brand-initiation can start for potential clients as early as primary school! The Christian Louboutin red is a primary color right?

First off – props to Christian Louboutin for finding a perfect red. For anyone who has every tried to find a perfect red lipstick – you know that is a tough job.

Secondly – I love the sharp and edge vibe that the entire make up line has, while not going overboard and coming off goth or heroin chic

However, as beautiful as this color and quality of nail polish is… the packaging!! Currently I am on a roadtrip cross country, but I would seriously think twice before taking this nail polish with me via air travel. Not only because of the size, but can this handle be mistaken by TSA as a weapon?! I don’t want to find out. Jokes aside, the thickness of the handle is inconvenient. Its about an inch in diameter, which is roughly twice the size of standard nail polish applicator handles. Making it difficult to handle and be precise on the edges.

I will say – the fast and free shipping was absolutely appreciated! 2 business days. Snaps for Christian. Minus one snap for not having complimentary samples.
