Trudon Classic Candle (Ottoman) – $110 USD
Started in 1643, Trudon is officially the oldest candle maker that is still in operation today. This company has been serving French Royalty for the majority of its existence and so I figured it would be good enough to be included in the Fabulous Finds series.
As candles come, they are pricey. They come in four sizes:
- Petite Bougie – $45 USD
- Classic – $110 USD
- Intermezzo – $260 USD
- Great – $570
They come in a wide range of smells, which are definitely a lot more complex and rich than your average lavender scented Yankee Candle.
Although shipping is only free for orders over $150 USD, they did send me a complimentary gift! The Scented Wax Cameo in the scent Moroccan Mint. Which normally retails for $40 dollars and is supposed to be melted over candle light fire in their Promeneuse diffuser, which retails for $340. I will say the cameo has a much stronger scent than the candle and I would recommend investing in the Promeneuse diffuser and cameo scents over the Intermezzo / Great Candles.
