I still can’t believe that companies are reaching out to me to send me free stuff. MY MIND IS BLOWN! The JW PEI bags turned out to be a happy coincidence because I was looking to purchase one for the fab find series anyways, but this way I was able to talk my way into two bags and give them both away!
If I had to pick my favorite, I would have to go with the Gabbi for quality (super soft) and the Eva for functionality. And even though they shipped from China (negative and not expected) the quality of both doesn’t feel that way. There are details on both bags that help make the feel and look higher quality, like the gold-colored hardware and JW PEI branding on said hardware.
I would put JW PEI into the same category as Lancaster Paris, Senreve and Sandqvist – new designer companies that have their own sense of unique style with a Instagram-vibe approach. I will say I do think these bags are more “fast fashion” than I like. Will they still be in next summer? Unsure.
Full disclosure – I get about 1 company a day reach out to me to collab, partner or send me free gifts. I have declined all except Polene and JW PEI. I like the Fabulous Find series and I think my followers appreciate it for its honest. I never started this whole TikTok adventure to get free PR gifts and be an Instagram sellout. I haven’t done a single paid collab and have zero tolerance for fake reviews.
